现记录Now由监控 P0 告警发现，但运行没有按预期自动停止，约 2.5 小时后才人工终止；日期改为首次公开的 2026-09-25。时间线、信源与分析一并改正。Caught by a P0 monitoring alert, but the run did not stop automatically as expected and was killed by hand about 2.5 hours later; now dated Sep 25, 2026, its first publication. Timeline, sources and analysis corrected with it.
